Data we collect
- Enquiry, meeting, quotation, demo and interest-registration forms: name, email, phone (optional), organisation, country (optional), area of interest, your message and any budget, timeline or preferred contact details you choose to give.
- Careers applications sent by email: the information and resume you choose to send.
- Technical data processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address and browser information. Your IP address is also used, without being stored by us, to limit repeated form submissions.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or request, including arranging meetings or demonstrations.
- To assess job and internship applications.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form submissions for marketing without your separate consent.
Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and form processing.
- Slack: internal notification of new enquiries to our team.
- Lark Suite: hosting of our email mailbox (contact@ainexia.in), used for correspondence with you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, to distinguish people from automated spam.
Retention
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and job or internship applications for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights

Employee digital visiting cards
With their consent, AINEXIA publishes digital visiting cards for some of its people at ainexia.in/card/<name>. A card shows the person's name, job title, work phone, WhatsApp number, work email, the company website and office address, and lets visitors save these details as a contact file. Cards are not listed in search engines. A person can ask for their card to be changed or removed at any time by contacting us.
